Sasikanth Senthil was a topper of his batch in the 2008 Civil Services Main (Written) Examination. He was the topper in Tamil Nadu level in the UPSC CIVIL SERVICES EXAM 2008 and secured the ninth rank at an all-India level.

Optional I, Psychology
* Paper-VI - 300\183.
* Paper-VII - 300\179.
Optional II, Public Administration. 
*Paper-VIII - 300\171.
* Paper-IX - 300\ 182.

 => Written Total -2000\1167.
=> Interview Marks - 300\ 156.
=> Final Total = 2300\1323.

Really If Revolutionary Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar alive, surely he might be very happy now. He is true to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Words, "Our Students should learn two things. Firstly to prove that given the opportunities they are inferior to none in intelligence and capacity. Secondly, to prove that they are not merely to tread the path of personal happiness, but to lead their society to be free, to be strong and to be respected."

    Mr. Sasikanth Senthil has rightly pointed out the need for unity and also the need to raise the competency thru studies to take the world ahead... Unity comes out a bit sacrifice too... which one needs to be prepared for the cause of bigger picture of our mother land.
